After the characterization of the recycled aggregates from the crushing of CDW, the granulometric curves of the bituminous mixtures with the different fractions of recycled aggregates and complementary natural aggregates were studied.
The formulations of two bituminous mixtures (type AC 14 and AC 20) are already in production, at the central laboratory of dst, for the production centers of Braga and Seixal. In this first phase, the Marshall methodology is being developed in order to obtain the optimal percentages of binder for each of the four products under study.
